Mission Mastery Program
7 Weeks. 1-1. A product development process to honor your calling to impact the world.
With 13 years experience in digital agencies and product development plus 14 years experience as a solo-preneur and coach - I bring a business new product development process to the healing world. This is a program for new coaches, healers, teachers who are just stepping into their calling and trying to understand how to do it in a way that honors their skills and passions while meeting the needs of their audience. This unique process is as much a personal journey into understanding your power and fear as much as it is a product development process in defining what you teach and how you do it in your own way.
Sessions 1-2:
Understand Yourself
To start, an Enneagram diagnostic test is taken
Using the results, I create a report that showcases the construction of your identity, strengths and challenges and ways to harness and navigate them
This powerful report not only reveals patterns and behaviors, it also reveals their motivation - the “why”
We do this to understand all the different parts of you that you have at your disposal in order to activate your calling
Sessions 3-5:
Product Development
What are you being called or inspired to do? Here we give shape to your unique work in the world.
Vision: what do you want to build, for whom - define the audiences your feel inspired to work with, define what they need, how you want to help them and get clear on your motivation (your why)
We use that to develop a product roadmap
Fear Exploration: We excavate the fears you have in building these products and walking this path
Product Deep-dive: we develop a unique approach for each product you define - giving you clarity on how to teach in a recurring/impactful way
Sessions 6-7:
Walk the Walk
How do you do this work, in a way that is in integrity, sustainable and in a way that only you can.
How you teach: we talk through your teaching style, and how to use all parts of who you are - heart, mind, soul, body
Personal Integrity: To do this in a sustainable way, you also have to be a student of your own process. What does this work bring up in you? Excavating fear, not-good-enoughness, imposter syndrome, fear of irrelevance etc
Reprogramming the Inner Self: We create a new series of beliefs to reprogram old limiting ones
Life Enhancement: How you take care of yourself, your boundaries, your needs and architecting a life system that enables you to step into this work in a sustainable way
What I don’t really do
There are definitely more aspects of stepping into your work as a coach/healer or teacher. The following elements are important, but are not my core competency and so not a part of this core curriculum. Though, I am happy to talk through it and give you my personal experience:
