Sessions 1-5:
Understand Yourself
The Enneagram is a powerful and proven personality typing philosophy. I’ve adapted it for this program to give us a deep understanding of all the major aspects of who you are.
To start the program, an Enneagram diagnostic test is taken.
Using the results, I create a report that showcases the construction of your identity, your strengths and challenges and ways to harness and navigate them.
We use this as a basis to really understand who you are and how you operate.
Sessions 6-7:
Personal Genius & Shadow
Using the foundational insights from the Enneagram, we begin to construct a visual schematic of who you are: this, I call, personal genius and personal shadow.
Your genius is how your power comes out into the world, your strengths, superpowers and mastery
Your shadow is your fear, your pain and trauma. True mastery means understanding that you are both genius and shadow, both power and pain and having a relationship to that shadow
To further expand these schematics, we explore and integrate the “Lost Self” - parts of you that have been hidden or lost due to fear, the conditions of your upbringing or your own self-rejection. A powerful process to bring the self back together.
Sessions 8-10:
Leadership Effectiveness
Using your personal genius and shadow, we get clear on how to impact a series of important dimensions for leaders:
Communication: how you express yourself, convey an idea and be influential with words
Collaboration: playing with others, team dynamics, environment and culture
Innovation: the realm of fresh ideas, expansive thinking, and experimentation
Mentoring/Influence: understanding different styles of influence and leading and finding your natural style
