Truthfully, I don’t care about balance as the goal. I care about inspiration. Are you doing things in your life that inspire you? Because it is that feeling that will regenerate you; will fill you up to tackle the challenges of work and life.

Assess + Plan
The approach first evaluates the current state of each of these aspects of life: Career, Relationships, Passions, and Wellness.
Nourished:
Which aspects of life are well nourished through behaviors and actions that are woven into your life.
Under / Over -Nourished
Which aspects of life are forgotten, ignored or over-focused. We identify new behaviors and actions that bring other life areas into balance.
Life Design Plan:
The outcome being a plan that brings inspiration and regeneration to your life and employs a healthy balances across the major aspects of life to get there. The plan will be specific, achievable within the existing structure of your life and freakin’ fun.
Logistics:
2-3 sessions to set up the plan. Monthly sessions to stay connected to the plan, offer coaching/advice and wellbeing support.
